It’s been a while since I wrote here last time. Reason for not writing hasn’t been lack of new and interesting restaurants I have visited, but just plain laziness.Well, I try to sharpen up a bit again and write some of the experiences I have had last few weeks.

Visited Restaurant Oubeck at Store Kongensgade  a few times during the summer and also with my wife about a month ago. The must starter it their mushroom ravioli with lobster witch I find just as a great starter, but surprisingly my wife’s comment was: nothing special that you can’t make as well!!

Without getting too egoistic about my cooking skills I like the bistro style of food they are serving and some of my favourite dishes on the menu this summer have been Lamb with dill and lobster, a Danish classic, Turbot with artichoke and burned butter and a simple Fish and chips, just to mention a few. A good selection of wines also served by the glass is a great plus for the restaurant.
